2024 Leading Change Cohort

The LTM Leading Change Cohort, led by Rev. Dr. Andy Stoker, is comprised of individuals who want to continue their work of self-discovery through Family Systems Theory and Organizational Behavior. The Cohort will meet at LTM’s ministry center, the Micah Center, in Dallas, TX, once a quarter for a full calendar year. Each Cohort gathering will combine teaching, discussion, case studies, and small groups for an immersive learning environment. Like many spiritual tools, family systems work is individual work done best in community.

The LC Cohort is designed for people who would like to continue to discover how their families of origin (and choice) continue to inform our reactivity and response to change. Throughout the year, participants will discover how they are uniquely equipped to sense change and then utilize their inherent (and inherited) conditioning, motivations, and passion to lead the self, a body, and even an organzition through transformation with confidence and grace.  Participants can expect full weekends focused on individual, spiritual work.

Between gatherings, Cohort members will be expected to complete homework (typically a book to read and a spiritual exercise to practice) and will be encouraged to stay in touch with other group members. Participants are also highly encouraged to secure a trusted therapist and/or Family Systems coach while in the Cohort.

COHORT MEMBERS ARE CHOSEN BY COMMITTEE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Desire and opportunity to use wisdom for the betterment of one’s community

  • Diversity of age, vocation, gender, etc.

Cost

Tuition for the Leading Change Cohort is $1,500 a year (some scholarship funds are available.) As participants are expected to participate in every cohort gathering, any missed gatherings will not be prorated. Limited partial scholarships are available as well as payment plan options.
