How do different generations approach communication, work, relationships, leadership, parenting, faith, and emotional health—what happens when our enneagram personality patterns are added into the mix?
By combining Enneagram insight with generational perspectives, participants will discover how personality and life experience influence the way people think, communicate, respond to stress, and build relationships.25
This weekend we will examine how each Enneagram type uniquely expresses itself within different cultural contexts. Participants will gain practical tools for increasing empathy, reducing conflict, improving communication, and building stronger connections across generations at home, at work, in leadership, and in community.
