The Enneagram AND…
Stress
With Rev. Joseph and Suzanne Stabile, and Russ Hudson
San Francisco, CA
Hosted by Calvary Presbyterian Church
Stress is an inevitable part of life—but how we experience it, respond to it, and recover from it is deeply personal. This workshop uses the Enneagram as a practical tool to help you understand your unique stress patterns and develop healthier, more effective ways to navigate them.
Together, we’ll unpack:
How your Enneagram type responds to stress and overwhelm
Early warning signs that you’re moving into unhealthy patterns
The connection between stress, emotions, and core motivations
Type-specific strategies for grounding, resilience, and growth
You’ll leave with practical tools to manage stress with greater awareness, interrupt reactive cycles, and move toward a more balanced and centered version of yourself.
Whether you're feeling burned out or simply want to understand yourself better, this workshop offers meaningful insight and actionable steps for lasting change.
