If we gently scratch the surface just beneath the feelings of FIVES, SIXES and SEVENS we find FEAR. As a culture we are constantly exposed to and then manipulated by by inflated fears. The people in the Mental Triad are particularly sensitive to the news of the day, speculation aout the future and misrepresentation of the past. This workshop will identify ways FIVEs, SIXes and SEVENs can learn to doubt unreasonable fears and engage with those that are valid. It is exhausting when we don’t know the difference between the two and all of us are more malleable when we are afraid.
